He slips through the upper levels of the mall like a shadow. Last night had been spent in the company of one Bruce Banner, now left behind while Bucky continues his thorough exploration of the mall. There's a lot of ground still to cover and he moves quicker on his own, he'll find the scientist again when he knows where they need to go.
Bucky has to locate Steve first, and quickly, needs to locate the entire team as it exists here -- one he is now part of, more or less. He keeps to the walls as he attempts to monitor his surroundings and avoid other tributes, starting at the bottom floor and working his way upwards, exploring the stores and various areas as he finds them. He is well armed now and well supplied with numerous knives hidden in his clothing and a backpack slung over his shoulders. He is ready to face any threat he finds but right now he is not actively looking for a fight, he has more important priorities.
When he spots the woman she has her back to him and so he can't immediately identify her as friend or foe which means Bucky takes caution in his approach, moving quietly up behind her with a blade in his right hand just in case she turns out not to be friendly. If he could skirt round her without being noticed he would, however she is blocking the way he needs to go, leaving him little option but to pass her by.
