Those hands go right up. "Like, I didn't do anything, officer!" the shape replies. "There isn't even a crime scene to interfere with!"

Alex still had it. Nice to know.

He steps forward, looming over the shape that his visor highlight in some ghostly red outline. Male, skinny; he'd estimate him as about twenty-something. Kid even has the scraggly stoner stubble going on. "Think we're past the point of crime scenes. What's your name? Are you - "

Alex cuts himself off, watching as a parachute starts to descend, still blinking red. It hits the ground with a clink between them.

"Like, I'm Shaggy," the teen replies. "Like, Shaggy Rogers? Of, um, District... Five? Yeah, five. Um. Are you going to arrest me now?"

Alex wonders if he could even get away with it. No handcuffs and while he wonders how strong his chassis is, he's not willing to try it out on a kid who looks like he could blow away in a strong wind. His gut instinct says the guy is harmless.

"Detective Murphy and no, I'm not arresting you." Alex nods at the parachute. "That yours?"

Shaggy picks it up. There's a number '5' engraved on it. "Like, I guess? It has a five on it. I didn't order a parachute, though. Like, did you?"
