These Elevators are dangerous.
Who| Pruna and R
What| Fighting over food, bullying new humans who can't use all their limbs yet.
Where| Elevator
When| Early week 1
Warnings/Notes| Fighting, potential injury, violent children, swearing.
Pruna still hadn't found Sandy, though she had been searching everywhere she went. She had planned to follow her from the Cornucopia but she hadn't even seen her. She had seen other people, people who had came back from the dead like Some. But not Sandy. She was beginning to get worried but her name hadn't been announced yet, so she was alive.
The moving boxes were stupid, but so far they seemed to be the only way to get from floor to floor, and so she waited until the way was clear and darted towards one as it dinged. She blinked to see a parcel there, with a name note saying "R". She knew R, R was stupid and she had stole from him before, he was slow and didn't even realise things were his.
She darted towards it, food was always useful to have, especially sponsor food which came in tins and lasted a while. Good for when other food was scarce.

This time the knife went first, stabbing towards R's arm as she moved to swipe the package from him again. She had to get it before he stood up, he was much taller than her and taking him down would not be easy.

Then the pain hit like a kick to the stomach, spiking out from where he'd been stabbed. Nausea swam up as he choked out a cry.
R fell back, released the package, his hand clapping over the knife-wound as he felt involuntary tears starting to burn. Now he was paying more attention to that knife. Blood seeped between his fingers and dripped to the floor as he back away from Pruna. She'd - she'd stabbed him! Actually stabbed him!
"Give it back!"

"No! It do be being mine now."

How's this even happening? Every time R moved, his arm kept right on hurting and while sure, he was glad he could feel it at all, the novelty of pain was starting to wear off. Seriously, he didn't get how it'd escalated. He was bigger and stronger and yet this little girl was the one holding his package.
The ex-zombie wavered, still holding his arm and on the fence if he wanted to make another pass at Pruna. If this was what getting tagged in the arm felt like, what would it feel like if she got lucky? Got him between the ribs?

"I will be stabbing you again if you do no be going away." She told him, moving forwards a bit, hoping he would back off. She needed to get out of the elevator, and somewhere safe and hidden. Before he remembered he was so much bigger than her and decided to grab her or something.

"Stay away from me." R tried to look threatening, leaning forward but still taking another step backward, away from the elevator. What would Howard or Julie do? Maximus would've probably lopped off her head, but he wasn't here now and R didn't think he had the guts for it.

"You wouldn't do that," R said, his voice sounding like it belonged to someone else. "Just give it back. Please."
He stopped backing up, out of stabbing range, but still not as far as she'd probably like.

"I have been killing loads of people, and they did mostly no be being as stupid as you do be being."
no subject
"It's not worth killing people over," R grit out, trying to be reasonable. It was a lot harder now that he was alive: he was starting to realize this was unfair and that he didn't want to die after all. "If you're done stealing my stuff, you can get out of here."
He inched back again, toward the display he'd left his crowbar hidden at. Using it on her would be another thing entirely, but maybe if he just had it in his hand, he could scare her off?

She kept her knife in front of her as she began to edge off to the side, "But I do be going, I do be having better things to be doing than talking to stupid people."
no subject
"Don't come back," R threatened. Tried to sound threatening. It was easier when your face was caked with someone's blood and you had a swarm of zombies to back it up.
no subject
"Either way you can no be telling me what to be doing." She grinned and darted off, disappearing quickly down the hall, checking to see she wasn't being followed.
