Loki was over this already after last week. Between meeting Thor, killing others, and then dealing with Clint (with the help of a very brainwashed, totally not Captain America - Bucky Barnes), the past week had been way too busy. Now it was time to cool down. So far, he had spent this week doing zero, zilch, and nothing. He spent time moving about, keeping out of the way of monsters (or killing them if he had to). He had a rock tied into his jacket, which was bloodied up a bit. He felt dirty, too. He didn't enjoy feeling dirty.

Hopefully winning would earn him a shower. If not, he'd have to be sure to speak to human resources (not that he believes for a second a death match has any sort of human resources). Actually, he's pretty sure if he wins or makes it out of this alive, there's probably something really messed up on the other side. No government in their right mind does something like this.

He's seen war - many of them, actually, over his very long lifetime. Midgardians never surprised him with their level of cruelty. Even with everything wrong with the kingdom formerly known as Asgard, he couldn't imagine them willingly tossing large groups of foreigners into a death-match and telling them "only one makes it out alive - have fun!".

There were a lot of interesting people in this arena, though, and the person he was approaching was no different. Plus...he looked exceptionally wiry and squishy to Loki. Perfect target. He'd play the same game he normally played, he lifted up his hands in surrender and announced himself, "Hey!"

WHO| Mordin and Garrus/Mordin and You
WHAT| Mordin arrives at the arena and starts to look around for things he can use to arm himself with. Then he manages to find Garrus's booby traps.
