Who: Holiday, Asha, and Punchy
What: Asha's killing Holiday
Where: Tomorrowland somewhere
When: Week 5
Warnings/Notes: Death. Woo. Might be more later.
It was too late. Holiday's time was running short and she knew it.
For the time being, she was weak. With little to no food and no real help from sponsors for the last few weeks, Holiday wasn't doing well at all. It was only a matter of time and... to be honest, she couldn't wait. She was mostly worried about the few friends she had made her in Panem, but with the wise choice of putting distance between herself and most of them, she had no way of knowing anything...

Eventually, he's going to have to use that can of caviar Topher gave him. For some sentimental reason, he doesn't want to crack it open just yet (and in addition, fish eggs are just gross).
He decides the best way to make use of his friend's final gift is to spread the good fortune around. He knows generally where Holiday is, so he heads in her direction. He waves a bit so she knows it's him. "Hey, sha- hey, Holiday."

She raises from her spot with a smile and a little wobble as she waves back.

He scrabbles at the can with his fingertips.

When he plops down next to her, she eyes the can he has as she lowers herself down as well. "Where did you get caviar out here? It looks like an odd sponsor gif- Oh, wait, I can't take your food."
Not his anyway. He's a good kid.

So he doesn't fail two people.

Every day is one closer to getting back home, as the sky lights up with faces, but it's also one more day she wastes that her brother is left with Stannis, her throne with her uncle. When she hears voices, she only considers it for a second; there might be two of them and one of her, but she was Ironborn, and she would win or die trying, those were the only options.
She stalks closer, creeping up behind them-- she may not be proficient enough with the whip to really cause damage, but it worked just as well as chains to strangle.

The last few weeks have weakened him pretty severely, but he's at least had enough to eat, and managed to avoid infection in his empty eye socket or from the scratches and bites on him. He leans back and only out of pure luck sees Asha moving through the orchard grass.
"Yo, another shawty out here?" He gets up, then says a quick 'sorry' to Holiday for the verbal slip.

Holiday glanced to Punchy. Even if he did somehow have it out for her, he was a sweet kid and she could almost understand it, yet she didn't think he was against her.
When he spoke again, though... Holiday quickly turned to look in the same direction, obviously a bit more fearful of a newcomer than Punchy was. She stands and makes a move to put herself between the two.

"I could do it painlessly," she offers, easy but serious; she doesn't expect much of a fight either way, and they're obviously both injured, so it's the least she could do. "But I'll do it regardless."

"Nah, dawg, you won't," Punchy says, moving between Asha and Holiday and trying to knock the hook aside. "Don't make me put you down!"

Holiday reached out to him with a firm grip on his shoulder, not taking her gaze off of Asha for a moment. "Run. I've got this."
She didn't. She was going to die. But maybe she could do something to save him.

"Someone has to win, 'dog,' and it's more likely me than either of you."

"Stay-" he tries to grapple away her weapon. "-frosty, bitch!"
no subject
"No!" He's weak, like her, and this woman looked to be doing pretty good along with having a weapon. They didn't stand a chance even if they were higher in numbers. They should have been working on trap or something this whole time.
While Holiday's thinking this, she moves to try and get between them to shove Punchy away from the other woman.
oh god I'm so sorry you guys
But the woman keeps trying to interfere, and she's not one to miss the opportunity, releasing her hold on the hook in an instant. Let the two of them keep each other busy for an instant, it's all she needs to get her hands on her whip again, pressing up against Holiday to reach around her neck.
"This could go easily," she warns both of them, the whip tight but not choking-- yet. "Or you could keep struggling, and she gets hurt more than she has to."
