Initiate didn't need to respond to most of what Psii was saying. Psii was going to say it (rather, write it) regardless, and Initiate would just have to chew on that. Psii's face twisted in anger at the last. His answer wasn't good enough. He couldn't just blow up the entire city, he had to find the individual people responsible, or at least do his best to keep them from his friends.
