They're taking the scientist to the science labs.
Who| Thor, Carlos and Feferi.
What| Carlos has been injured in the Cornucopia, Feferi knows a thing or two about injuries.
Where| En route toward the labs, through the discreet paths
When| A while after the Cornucopia
Warnings/Notes| Injuries, bleeding, Games stuff.
From the very beginning, this Arena has been more than Thor anticipated. Powers were of primary interest, but the carnage at the Cornucopia had thrown him some. Perhaps it has something to do with all of the new Tributes, but it is both saddening and maddening to see everyone at each others throats like so. He'd been lucky to find Carlos where he did, he may not have survived a blow like that if Thor hadn't dragged him in when he did.
Carlos, on top of simply being his friend, was essential to this Arena. They'd had discussions long ago of what they might do if powers were to return, it is imperative that they prepare for their initiative. However, with an injury like his, Thor worries for how long they can make it through this. They may not get a second chance where powers are concerned, but it pains him to have his friend suffer on his watch. He is in a great amount of pain and Thor's attempts at treatment are not substantial enough to ease it entirely. If he can find others with medical kits it will be beneficial, but Carlos wants to be taken to the science labs. Never one to argue with a man's true priorities, Thor obliges.
So they're walking through the corridors of the station, Carlos atop Thor's back like he's the luckiest younger sibling in the world. Now more than ever, his weight is no burden on Thor. With his strength back entirely, Carlos might as well be a paperweight to him.
Though it's dangerous, Thor can't keep silent through their trek. He doesn't want Carlos to fall unconscious, so he babbles at him and tries to hold his interest.
"If we could find a way to harness my power without Mjolnir, we could use it to hunt. Do you think that beasts make for good meat? I cannot say I trust their taste."

"I shall have to catch one, then." He says plainly, as if it's no big deal to wander out and wrangle some deformed creature of death. "If you boiled it long enough, you could-" He stops short, straightening up some as he glances around. His hearing is keener now, a footstep in the distance is clearer to him than it would be to most.
"Show yourself." He requests as he glances around. His tone isn't malicious, for the moment.

No amount of sneaking gets past Thor's keen senses though, so it's a good thing she recognizes the sound of his voice. She hustles down to the end of the hallway where she heard his voice coming from, peering around the corner cautiously.
"I am right here, and-- oh! You have a friend!" A friend who doesn't look so good, so soon enough, Feferi's body follows along with her horns and hair sticking out around the corner.

It is with as much focus as he can muster that he stares at Feferi. You're one of the trolls, he does not say, because while in science there is a time and a place for stating the obvious, now is not it.
"Do you two know each other?" he asks Thor, still a little uncertain -- not to mention self-conscious about meeting someone new while being carried. It rankled his scientist's pride, after all; there was nothing less self-reliant than being carried around by a god. He thinks there might be a story like that involving a beach and footprints, but he didn't pay a whole lot of attention to that at the best of times, and certainly doesn't care enough to bring it to mind now. The irony has struck him, though.

The protective air he carried washes away and he approaches her, careful not to jostle Carlos too much as he does. "Feferi." He calls back to her with a smile, quickly moving into her space so he can cast a glance over her and check that she's alright.
"I have two friends." He confirms with a nod. "Feferi." He inclines his head toward her. "Carlos." He leans his head back. "I see you escaped the Cornucopia unharmed, then? Carlos was not so lucky." His tone is a little more grave.
no subject
"Yes, I'm fine, do not worry about me, let's worry about your friend! Come here, come with me, there was an open room down this way!" And she sounds urgent about it too. "It will be safer if we are out of the hallways."
She doesn't explain what it is, however, and just seems rather urgent and insistent that they follow her to find out. She has a medical kit in tow, but she doesn't even bother to indicate it because she has something much better: her powers. The room isn't that far down the hallway she just came from, and if Carlos has made it this far, he can make it another few minutes.

"It's nice to meet you, too, Feferi," he says, as he is carried along. "Do you mean you're going to share your supplies with us? That's really kind of you."

Once safely in there, he lowers himself down against an empty counter so that Carlos can lay back onto it with some amount of ease. "He was wounded at the Cornucopia, before I could find him." He informs her, casting a glance over his shoulder at the other man. "He kicked me." She needed to know that too. "Are you adept at healing?" He uses that word, but he's referring to the use of a medkit and not the magic she truly has.

"Perhaps we out to remove the uppers of your suit so that your wound may be accessed." He looks a little uncomfortable but he's sure Feferi expected to see some man chest, so he steps toward Carlos purposefully.
no subject
"It is up to you if you want to remove it, but let me at least close the wound up a little first. You might agitate it again and just bleed more, and you will want to keep what little blood you have! Just sit back for a second." Because-- poor humans-- they just have so little of it to start with. She doesn't need to see the wound to urge it to close itself, so she holds up over the area where the blood's come through the suit. It takes a few seconds, and almost immediately, the wound will start to tingle in an icy-hot way. It's not painful, and she's careful to do it slowly so it won't be too startling or drain too much from her.
Once she's confident that the stab wound is closed up enough that it won't reopen, she sits back. "There, you can take the suit off now if you want, and I can do the rest of it."
no subject
Carlos looks down, pushing the futuristic fabric apart with his fingers to get a look at the wound that's now half-healed. Then he looks up and stares at Feferi, too interested in finding out what was happening to think about shedding the top half of his spacesuit yet.
"--how did you do that?"
no subject
She fails to mention that these powers came from her time in Sgrub, but does it matter? She admires her handiwork with a half-smile, though she wishes she could do more. The last thing she wants to do is exhaust herself healing everyone, though.

"I've not seen such sorcery before. Not even from Asgardian healers." He muses, looking from Feferi to Carlos and back to her. He can't help being curious about it, just like Carlos is. "Is it something all trolls are capable of? Or is it a select few." He doesn't know a damn thing about trolls.
no subject
He doesn't say anything else, though, interested in hearing Feferi's reply.
no subject
There's more to it than that, she knows, but it's the best explanation that she can really give them at the moment.

"I'd not have picked you for a witch." He says with a soft laugh. "Those are powers most of us will come to envy as we progress here, I'm sure." He has his own regenerative powers, but they work at a much slower rate than hers. "Is there anything we can offer you in thanks?" He says, knowing they have absolutely no supplies to give her in trade for her help.
no subject
"We don't have much," he admits. "But I owe you one."

"You have my word. And his." He nods toward Carlos. "We will see to it that our debt will be repaid."
