Don't you think I know you were only trying to save yourself / just like everyone else
Who| Closed to Brainiac 5 and Clara
What| Attack of the roombas
Where| Somewhere on the first floor.
When| Early Week 3
Warnings/Notes| N/A
The roombas had started to take on much more aggressive behavior lately, to the point that they were starting to present as much of a threat as some of the Tributes. Especially since they were actually occasionally starting to gang up on their victims.
When a small gang of roombas starting roving through the store he was hiding in, he knocked one into a display case so hard it smashed, then bolted out into the mall proper -
Only to find that this area of the mall seemed to have a temporary swarm.
The curse he uttered didn't have a complete translation since it was mushed together with another curse word for maximum potency, so all the home audience heard was, "Gee-fucking-rife."

Except she began walking back to her hideout from getting lunch in the food court and found herself surrounded by roombas. It's easy enough to evade one, but this? Not so much.
Which is when she heard what sounded like a curse by the tone of voice and turned around to see Brainy. She'd never properly met him, despite the fact that she'd seen him around District 10's floor visiting Lyle a few times. "Any idea how to get out of here?"

But a grown woman and total stranger that any real supervillain wouldn't care a bit about? Ugh.
Oh well, he'd figure out something later.
He pulled his crowbar out from it's little holster at his back.
"Brute force is always a viable option."
He hit one of them with a loud clang like the crowbar was a golf club and sent it flying and shattering.
"Move towards where they're thinnest before they close in completely and stay with me," he said, swinging the crowbar again and knocking two more of them out of the wrong. He added in a bright tone, "It will increase your chances of survival, but if you happen to die first I'll have a body to stand on."
There, that was properly morbid.
