Harley let out a "Yeep!" And gave a jump at being goosed earning her a hard scratch across her cheek for her troubles. She managed to keep herself from crying out in pain but a whimper would escape her lips to please the ruthless one behind her.

"No fire." She answered apologetically as she rubbed the blood from her cheek. "And besides, I like plants. They remind me of someone. And she's green so don't get your black panther panties in a bunch. I'm sure we'll find some other cracker for you to play with."

She had been mostly cheerful and playful with Detta but the vines and thorns had put her in a nostalgic place full of conflicted feelings she had to sort through.

Coming around the corner she lay her eyes on their next potential victim. "Hey look out behind you!" She screamed dramatically pointing just over his shoulder and up a bit putting on a face of horror and shock.
