WHO | Kevin Prentiss and Revya
WHAT | Kevin dies
WHEN | Day 6
WHERE | R7
WARNINGS/ NOTES | Obvious warning for violence is obvious

Kevin crouched in a small cluster of tall plants. It didn't hide him well but it was better than nothing. He'd felt slightly more confident since killing the blond girl. At least he'd had a little more to eat for a couple days. The fish hadn't lasted long but they'd tasted okay after he figured out how to cook them. It was a lot harder to start a fire in this place and he had even less control over what he burned than usual but his power wasn't completely gone.

But he that had been several days ago and he was getting hungry again. He frowned as his stomach growled loudly and glanced around, hoping no one was close enough to hear.

This wasn't so bad. Two days ago Revya had gotten her first kill... and was rewarded with some food and water from the sponsors. After that, she released some stress by a massacre of the wildlife. Met a person... people... whatever. Then... Well, she knew fish could be poisonous and it was easy enough to see which were poisonous. Just study which fish ate which other fish that she killed. Still, eating raw fish was pretty disgusting. Combined with some small festering on the wound on the back of her right thigh, which she washed constantly in the salt-water, Revya had a case of nausea. Side-effects include heart-burn from keeping her food inside... and a severe case of being pissed off at everything ever. She stayed wandering the shore which was something like her territory now, looking out for a target. And as time passed she was getting more and more annoyed.

But like an angelic symphony to her ears, she heard a hungry stomach from some large plants. Ahaha, that was pretty great. Her fingers twitched around the shark-tooth spear and sharpened rib-bone in her hands. "Wow, I know it's called hunger games and all but I didn't think some idiot's hungry stomach would actually lead to his death. Don't run, and I'll drop my weapons. We can have a good brawl with our fists. I win, I get the pleasure of crushing you like the insect you are. You win, you get some weapons... and some food." Not that she actually had any food to give him. Or expected him to accept her offer. She would just really rather break him than chase him down or aim with a clunky spear.

It was nice when they didn't run. She dropped her weapons. They wouldn't be needed. Revya walked slowly towards him, then broke out into a sudden dash. A surge of familiar pain from her wounded leg. It'd probably open again. But more importantly... First was to disable this guy's weapon arm. To do that, she would stop in front of him to try and lure him into an attack. One of her hands would grab the branch, and the other hand would try to grab Kevin's wrist to pull him forward. Revya's (good) foot would slam down on his to keep him in place, then she'd barrel her body into him and yank his arm away to dislocate his shoulder.

... ... ... Well, she was never really good at plans. Revya sighed both inwardly and outwardly, then shrugged and took a quick two strides forward to put them both in each other's range. What did it matter if she got stabbed by a little branch? Her right fist closed and punched right for Kevin's gut. The speed and power certainly didn't match the girl's frame, it seemed almost inhuman.

De nadda. Manhandling feels so wrong.

Ah, it was good to be strong. Nothing compared to what she lost, but these guys weren't so tough either. Not the people she's run into. It would be disappointing... if she wasn't so happy about these things. While Kevin was busy recovering from the blow to his gut, Revya skirted around him and lashed out at his back with her elbow to try and knock him face-first to the ground.

If that was done, she'd stomp one foot on his right shoulder and grab the arm with both hands, pulling it up at an angle it wasn't supposed to go. Then Revya would pull. She would literally be breaking it like a turn-rack, a gradual process of his tendons stretching and ripping, his bones dislocating. And then Revya would ask: "Got anything to say or something? You'll have to speak up. People make a lot of useless sounds when they're about to die."

Revya stumbled back, rubbing her knee cap. God damn it, that was also a thing here. Even if they were weak they still HURT! The kick had hit Revya's bad leg and started her previous wound on the back of her thigh to bleeding all over again. Annoyed and in pain, she picked up the branch Kevin had dropped earlier. "I don't see anyone coming." That said she actually looked around for a bit. Usually there were tons of insects crawling around. But not today. Not in this place.

Aaah, more annoying than the pain was the realization of how different this place was, how different she was. Revya was even starting to miss all the friends she's killed... although the loneliness was for all the wrong reasons. Well there was still the joy of killing though! Revya threw the branch at Kevin's body, enough power for the wood to snap in half and go flying. Revya started taking steps to get close to him once more.

Man, she didn't get sadists. This was way too drawn out, he should just die. Revya was even beginning to feel sorry... for herself, having to take this long. Maybe she shouldn't have willingly dropped her weapons. But that didn't matter now. Stepping on the broken branch that was dug into his body, she hopped off to his side and crouched down, hand shooting out to grasp his chin and forcefully close his mouth. She thought about making some comment, but nothing witty came to mind. It'd be best just to end it, one less person alive in the arena and in this world.

Her other hand reached out for the back of his head, to which successfully grabbing Revya would twist his head with both hands and snap his neck.
