"Shi..." His words were cut off by a scream of pain, his own scream of pain as he fell to the floor. For a moment he didn't even know what had happened, but he could barely move. He lay there, vision blurring as he saw the woman in the wheelchair, who must have been the one to throw whatever was now stuck in him.
Another voice, this one all to recognisable and he blinked, opening his mouth though he couldn't find the air to speak. To shout, to tell her to run because she would die too. Instead he made a gargling sound, punctuated by a sharp sob.
