A one person tent was definitely too small for three people so they had been taking turns to keep watch, two people sleeping and a third watching, this way they could be more out in the open and not have to risk being near the jungle and the vines.

So that was exactly what Ian was doing, he didn't have a fire because that was stupid, they barely even needed one to eat since they didn't have much in the way of food. But he was wearing a poncho; one that Blaine had grabbed from the Cornucopia but the freezing storms were frequent enough that being on watch without it was miserable.

The slightest noise made his head perk up and he went for his knife, looking around. It could just be an animal; but this was an Arena, even the animals were pretty deadly if they caught you.

He smirked at her words, a smirk which faded as her fist came towards him, he screamed from the pain, but it was cut off a moment later. At least it had been a relatively quick death.
