Sherlock made good time but wasn't exactly quiet as he ran back to their supplies and then to them. It was too much to carry while making good time, but the first thing he threw at Joan's feet as they approaching was the First Aid kit - smeared with blood from when his hands had been shaking too much to open it.
He slammed down into the ground beside them and immediately began emptying the waterproof bag.
"Too much to carry in one trip," He muttered as he pulled out the dental floss, the fire starting equipment, the bug repellent, a waterproof poncho, rope, trail mix, and a bag of electrolyte balancing fruit drink. This last thing he pushed into John's hands, before making sure the bag was empty. The cans of tuna he had been carrying he set down, and he put the spear in the ground near Joan, within arm reach.
"I'll be back," He said tightly before racing off again.
