"Ohh, scary," she teases, mocking the look he's giving her. She doesn't seem too worried. In fact, she takes that as her cue to get to her feet. The branch she's on is fairly narrow, but she traverses it like it's as wide as a boulevard. Just when it starts to dip from her weight, she leaps across to another branch--this one connected to Jack's tree. She then hops off, grabbing the branch she was just standing on and swinging to a new one, closer to jack but still not within reach. She stops there, crouching down to talk to him at a distance where her voice won't carry too far.
"You don't have to make a face like that. I'm blind, remember? I can't even see it." She sniffs at him again, this time taking a closer inventory of his person. At this distance, she can smell his disheveled appearance. Her own eyes narrow a little in critical appraisal, but she keeps on grinning.
"What's the matter? Felinebeast got your tongue? Did you get the crap kicked out of you while you were grocery hunting?"
