Both Arenas
Throughout the days things are...strange.
Things move on their own. Vanish and appear. Tributes get the sense someone is watching them, hear foot steps and voices....only to have no one there.
There's strange sounds at night. Strange, even for this arena. Warblings, howlings, chitterings. The animals all seemed spooked, running away from things the tributes can't see, falling silent at unnatural times.
Hallucinations seems to strike people at random, night and day. Sometimes simple ones (who knows, maybe the howls are just group hallucinations), sometimes complicated ones that take up all the senses, trapping the tributes in nightmares or memories, or toxic combination of the two.
And as fast as they come, they're gone.
