"I don't know." He shook his head. "It felt rational at the time. I didn't feel any different." It was only afterwards, but by then it was too late. "I didn't hear of it affecting any one else, though, so it might not be something you have to worry about." He couldn't be as reassuring as he would have liked, but then this wasn't a particularly reassuring place.
