Punchy is...trying to put out fires. Doing the heroic, senseless thing is in his blood, and the flames that some of the fireworks have started up are an immediate call to some sort of action. Punchy runs towards the nearest conflagration and starts stamping it down, trying to squint his one eye through the smoke.

Unfortunately, he's mostly-blinded now, and he bumps straight into Ian.
