"Not everyone's avoiding each other," says Amy. "I mean, that's what this kind of thing does, right? It divides everyone up into hunters and prey." She says it pretty frankly, but, then, that's the kind of attitude you get when you're a human hanging out with vampires all day. She's used to being with the hunters without being prey. And without being one of them.
