Was Leonidas selfish and arrogant to a fault? Yes. But was he afraid of death? Not in a million years when he becomes the proverbial dust. He respected the cessation as much as he did the fight to survive and Snow's revival mechanism spat in the face of all that. Offworlders had no choice in their immortality, but the President did.

"Now you'd best lay down."
