Where James looked like he could use a good meal (and God, Clara wished she had the time and supplies to do something painfully normal and cook him a good meal or nine and just have a few days to themselves without fear of either side lashing out at them for insubordination), Clara looked just like she always had in the Capitol: well fed with a healthy diet that included the occasional indulgence. And despite her concern that James wasn't being treated well in District 13, she couldn't help but beam at him.
The smile on her face faded just the slightest bit at the mention of the Capitol. "It isn't that simple," she said softly. She wished it was, that she could just run off with him to District 13 and support a cause that she could actually believe in to a point. "The people I work with are kind, but misguided. If I come with you, they'll pay for it." Not to mention that she had a number of friends in the Capitol that could come to harm if she were to rebel. Or that they could finally make good on their threats and drag David or Alex into this and she couldn't let that happen. "I can't do that to them, no matter how much I love you."
