It's easier with Terezi, because they're on the same side - both in reality and in technicality. He doesn't have to circle back around when he sees her, because if there is anyone with eyes on him while he's in the air, they'll have no reason to be suspicious of him swooping down to talk with another person who's supposed to be helping the Capitol forces.

He folds his wings in a little when he drops down a few feet in front of her, though he doesn't snap them in all the way.
