Dave is more than happy to move the conversation on, but the change of topic is almost worse than his social blunders. It's hard not to be a little sullen, even if he understands the desire to pick his brain over it.

"With great difficulty, I guess?" He shakes his head. "It's real. I don't know how they do it, but they just keep bringing us back over and over. You really do die, it'll suck, but you'll probably come back." He doesn't imagine the entertainment value of a big, purple dinosaur with a dainty personality. "Alright, well, I'm guessing you arrived for the Arena. How much did they tell you? Did they tell you anything?"
