There's a small questioning inflection towards the end of that as she realizes that relaxing is probably not the word for it, and it's probably useless trying to get a dying troll to calm down. Someone once made this quick and easy for her, and she feels bad that she doesn't have the heart to do it, nor does he have the inclination to let her. It stabs at her heart to know that she just has to let him suffer, but maybe if she can just ease his mind a little bit, it won't be as bad.
