Sadly for Milla, she doesn't know of Venus's apparent code of conduct. Being new has its problems, obviously.

The sudden teleportation definitely startles Milla. She can feel the utter shift of Venus- powers and all just appearing to her left that the psychic rests her fingers against her forehead. Milla is going to keep falling back, choosing to stay grounded for now. Milla isn't quite sure if the other person can sense her as acuately and the psychic suspects she can always lose her the old fashioned away given some room to move.
