Jet's hesitancy was pretty obvious, but Sam doesn't comment on it. He's not the one who's going to be doing the work, so he can't reassure him about that, and he doesn't want to make the decision for him. Sam's bullied plenty of people into accepting medical aid, and he wouldn't hesitate to do it here if that was the case, but it's different when it's not his area of expertise.

Still, he's relieved when Jet agrees, and he nods at Bruce without hesitation.
