Sonja was not thrilled, of course. Her face hurt after having dealt with now, horrible looking, wound. Those small machines were becoming rather annoying, but at the very least she was not going hungry, and had found some decent clothing. Which included a pair of boots, pants and a jacket. She had also taken the liberty to turn the blades on her skates into two shanks. So now she had a handy pair of weapons and tools ready and at the go.

The one thing she was curious about, however, had been that key that she had grabbed. The woman turned it over in her hand as she inspected it. She may as well attempt to figure out what it goes to. And so, she wanders over to the nearest, locked door.

Is there someone behind it, is there anybody around? That is where your character comes into play.

Someone was around: Mindy was actually storing items in her locker now. Things were escalating all right: she'd already seen Eponine's dead body hanging in the Food Court, and now those damn Roombas were running around. She'd resolved herself to stay around Chibi Usa more now: there was no telling when their little group was going to get thinned out.

When she hears the footsteps, she quietly hits the shadows, knife in hand. She was not about to be caught unaware, and if they were out for blood, she'd be ready. When she saw who was approacing, she gave pause.

"Sonja? You're...wearing clothes??"

She looked a tad bit confused at the question. Was it so strange to see her wearing something that didn't expose her skin? "I am. Is it that shocking?"

"It's just...you usually don't, I guess. I didn't expect it. Not that your hair doesn't give you away."

She shook her head. "Sorry. Just...anything weird is going to catch my eye pretty quick."

"That is a good thing." If Mindy doesn't take notice of the obvious then Sonja would have wondered how she had lived this far. "To answer what you were most likely thinking. I prefer to wear clothes that fit the environment I am in."

"I hope so," she said. "Looks like they're starting to get serious in this bitch. Eponine was strung up and everything."

She nodded. "Hardly matters, you look good in them either way. The pants fit well enough, and at least now no one can pierce your skin as easy."

"Understandable, they wish to make us scapegoats." A shrug before sticking the key into the lock.

"Oh, that wasn't the Capitol. Not that death. That was a tribute all right, and I'm really curious which one too. That wasn't a nice kill, that was a cold, strong armed murder there, with insult to injury. Someone here is on the sadistic side."

Which was good, in its way. Made things more interesting.

"Anything good in there?"

"...Perhaps we should not speak of that too loudly."

But it does make things a it more interesting. So long as it made things swing in other people's favor. Instead of letting everyone else feel the punishment....

"It looks like its one of those access points into the Employee only area."

"Why?" It hardly mattered, for now anyway. Unless she was afraid of giving people ideas.

"Yeah, probably has a few decent things there. I've been using my locker to store some stuff, in case I need it later."
