Clementine looks up at him and well, she holds up pretty well though there's still something defiant in her gaze. She can't regret doing it really, even it had failed in the end, even if everyone had gotten caught. It had been one act of being able to stand up to their captors and even if she has to pretend she's completely regretful for the Capitol cameras that meant something.
