Never before had she been really looking for a way out. Not to say that Holiday was really suicidal, but she wasn't really going through lengths to focus on survival either. In fact, she was seeking people out more often than not and actually hanging around those she did find.
Perhaps this was a right of passage or something. The suffering of withdrawal definitely wasn't fun by any sense of the word, so the best thing was to get killed and start over? Well, her goal was never to win in the first place, so there was at least a point in there somewhere.
So, Holiday made her way back to the sixth floor, complete with sweating and twitching shakes. The sixth floor was nice, though she hadn't been up there since her run in with.... oh God, what was his na- Eliot! Eliot. Since her run in with Eliot.
... Okay, that was definitely saying something.
