It wasn't hard to keep an eye on where Ariadne went, considering all Neeshka cared about was getting away. And they were in the wide open forest; there were so many ways to escape it wasn't even funny. She just staggered around and tried to bolt the opposite direction from where Ariadne moved.

Of course, she wasn't going very fast given the blood loss so far and the thick jungle tripping her up half the time, and she wasn't stopping Ariadne from doing much of anything.
