It doesn't take Signless long to realize he's not alone. It's easy to see where the light is blocked by someone sitting not too far away, and he can even make out most of the person's features -- the plus side to being a nocturnal creature.

He debates for a moment before sitting down as well, what seems like a respectful distance away. This other person is probably worn out and looking for a moment's peace too. There's no need for anyone to feel threatened.
