Courfeyrac nodded, trusting in Joly's ability to protect the rest of their collective. He worried that the protective instinct would carry over and compromise them, however. If he did not return at a reasonable time, he feared Joly or Marius would go out in search of him. "I will work as quickly as I can. If I am not back in an hour, do not come for me. You must all stay here and stay safely tucked away." He smiled, to reassure Joly. "I know my way back again. And I have this tool. I will do alright for myself. And you shall do just fine by them."
