Guy nodded. "We've got to start somewhere, right?" He shrugged and started on his way, using his spear as a walking stick to pick through the underbrush - and poke at suspicious vines to make sure they weren't the grabby variety.

After a moment of walking, he suddenly stopped, looking alarmed. His hearing wasn't quite as keen as Eep's or the rest of the family's, but it was still very sensitive.

"Do you hear that?" he asked quietly.
